Dave has been helping people with homeownership as a Loan Originator for over 25 years. In 2007 he became a principal and his focus to clients has been to create a company based on honesty, ethics, and customer satisfaction.  As a testimony of these efforts, Dave’s business is based primarily on referrals from previous clients and relationships.  Whether helping the first time home buyer or a multi-million dollar homeowner, Dave and his team treat all clients with the utmost respect and integrity.  As a client, you have a mortgage manager to help manage your mortgage and give you honest, straightforward advice while finding you the best possible mortgage rate.  Dave's history working as both a mortgage banker and broker have given him and his team the advantage and tools to help clients with possibly their largest investment, their home.

Dave and his wife are both natives of Arizona and reside in north Phoenix. When Dave manages to escape from work, you’ll find him spending time with his kids, riding bikes, swimming, or just playing in the backyard.  Dave also volunteers in many youth programs and during any spare time loves to wakeboard, snowboard, hike, and spend time in the outdoors.
